Classified as “YG” (milk to two tooth) and completely free from HGPs, these cattle are processed at Green Mountain Abattoir in Coominya, located in Queensland’s Somerset region. With carcase weights between 220–240kg HSCW, this range delivers smaller, easy-to-handle cuts ideal for both food service and retail butchery. Naturally raised on pasture, the beef is flavoursome, tender, and represents outstanding value—ensuring a satisfying experience that brings customers back for more. We process 350 carcases weekly, with reliable deliveries to our depots across the country.
